TS24 Rider Note

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TS24 Rider Note (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TS24 Rider Note is a motorcycle setup and riding data logging application. The Service allows riders to record session data including tyre pressures, suspension settings, lap times, and riding feedback.

The Service also presents automatically generated text: a Rider Brief, which restates what you have already recorded, and — where offered and only if you switch it on — optional guidance that compares what you entered against technical notes reviewed by TS24. Section 8 describes what these are and, importantly, what they are not.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Rider Plan: USD 7.00/month, recurring until cancelled.

Factory Rider Review: USD 243.00 one-time for 32 days and two review deliveries. If you do not already have Rider, the initial checkout totals USD 250.00 and also starts Rider at USD 7.00/month. Factory Rider does not renew automatically.

Billing is processed by Stripe. Only the Rider Plan renews monthly.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

5. User Data Ownership

You own your riding data. All session data is stored locally on your device by default. For Factory Rider review, you may voluntarily upload your session data to our servers. We will not use your riding data for commercial purposes without your consent.

If you switch on optional guidance, a short record of that interaction is stored on our servers. That record contains only standardised category labels (for example a symptom category and a corner phase) together with which reviewed notes were shown. It never contains your own wording, circuit names, motorcycle details, tyre data, pressures or setup values. The Privacy Policy describes this in full, including how to withdraw consent and how long the record is kept.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data by contacting us. Local device data can be cleared from your device settings.

7. Rider Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

Riding a motorcycle, and riding on a circuit in particular, is inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death.

The Service is a record-keeping tool. It does not make riding safer, it does not supervise you, and it has no knowledge of the actual condition of your motorcycle, the circuit, the weather, or your physical condition.

You are responsible for your own fitness to ride, for the condition and preparation of your motorcycle, for compliance with the rules of the organiser and the circuit, and for the use of appropriate protective equipment. You accept the risks of riding voluntarily, and independently of anything shown by the Service.

8. Automated Guidance — Nature and Limits

The Rider Brief and any optional guidance are informational only. Neither is advice, a diagnosis, an inspection, an engineering opinion, or a safety assessment. Neither creates a professional, advisory, engineering or fiduciary relationship between you and TS24 Rider Note or its operators.

Automated guidance does not and cannot assess the mechanical condition of a motorcycle. It does not evaluate damage, wear, fatigue, fastener torque, assembly quality, fluid levels, brake or tyre condition, or whether a motorcycle is fit to be ridden. It is never a substitute for the manufacturer’s manual, the tyre manufacturer’s data, an event’s technical inspection, or examination by a qualified technician.

Guidance is generated only from the information you chose to record. Information you did not record is not taken into account. Guidance may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and you are responsible for verifying anything you act on.

No outcome is promised. Nothing generated by the Service guarantees improved lap times, improved handling, reduced wear, or any increase in safety.

You decide whether to change anything on your motorcycle and how to ride, and you remain solely responsible for that decision and for carrying it out. If you are uncertain about safety, do not ride, and consult a qualified technician.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service, the Rider Brief, any optional guidance, and all setup, practice, and riding information are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information it presents is accurate or complete. Damage, wear, assembly, maintenance, and other mechanical-safety conditions cannot be judged remotely. Stop riding and consult a qualified technician whenever safety is uncertain.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) TS24 Rider Note and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service; and (b) the total aggregate liability of TS24 Rider Note and its operators for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make the updated date at the top of this page reflect it and, where required by law, seek your agreement. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

If you use the Service as a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections, this choice of law does not deprive you of those protections, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
