Service description
Web application (SaaS) for recording and analysing motorcycle racing setup and riding data.
Free trial
New users may log up to 6 sessions for free. No credit card required.
Pricing
Rider plan: USD 7.00 / month, recurring until cancelled.
Factory Rider Review: USD 243.00 one-time for 32 days. If you do not already have Rider, the initial checkout is USD 250.00 (Factory Review USD 243.00 + the first Rider month USD 7.00). Factory Review does not renew automatically.
Service delivery
Free trial: immediate upon registration. Rider: immediate upon payment. Factory Rider: application approval and payment are required; the 32-day review period starts when payment completes and includes two review deliveries after the required information is supplied.

Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB, etc.).
Billing timing
Rider is charged at signup and each monthly renewal. Factory Rider is charged once after application approval and is not automatically renewed.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Profile > Plan. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Refund policy
Refunds are not issued as a rule. Individual exceptions apply if the service has been unavailable for 7 consecutive days due to material fault of the operator, or in case of duplicate billing caused by a system error.
Operating environment
Internet connection and a modern web browser (latest Chrome / Safari / Firefox / Edge). iOS and Android mobile browsers are supported.
Currency and exchange
Prices are denominated in US dollars (USD). The actual amount billed depends on your card issuer's exchange rate.
Refund policy — detail
Principle
TS24 Rider Note is a monthly subscription digital service. By nature, refunds are not issued for service periods that have already been provided.
Exceptions
Service outage: when the service has been unavailable for 7 consecutive days due to material fault of the operator.
Duplicate billing: when a billing has been generated more than once due to a system error.
Cancellation procedure
1. Sign in and open Profile > Plan. 2. Click "Manage subscription". 3. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal.
